Who would've thought so much delicious food could come out of such a small trailer?

We put everything we have into what comes out of our little window and we're lucky to have equipment that is up for the challenge..

Our @gozney oven has been busy, busy, busy this summer pumping out our most popular pizza specials and the @vevor.official sandwich press has been working overtime.

This week we rolled out a couple of new menu items:

A white pizza with a seasoned @galbanicheese ricotta base, our freshly shredded whole milk mozzarella, all natural char-grilled chicken, apple wood smoked bacon & shaved red onion

A cuban baguette with 8 hour smoked swift farms pork shoulder, @dietzandwatson black forest ham, baby swiss, @grillospickles, a little bit of peppercorn aioli and tangy yellow mustard on our scratch made baguette

They are so, so good and we can't wait for you all to try them!

Today at the Wauconda farmer's market we have a fan favorite - Sam's Salad. Packed with fresh spring greens, honeycrisp apple, bartlett pear, shaved red onion, creamy goat cheese crumbles, toasted walnuts and our scratch made honey balsamic vinaigrette. Super fresh, locally sourced and incredibly delicious.... but don't take our word for it, come get one for yourself (before they sell out) and see what we mean!

We've had a lot of people asking when we're back at the Wauconda Farmer's Market.... and, well..... that time is now!

After a busy week of private catering, we're back on Main Street this week with more delicious, scratch made pizza, sandwiches and salad! You spoke and we listened.... this week's menu will feature some of our most popular pizzas and a couple of super flavorful and fresh sandwiches on our scratch made baguette.

Looking back at where it all started makes us even more excited for where we’re headed.

There were more @amazon boxes than we can count, and more than a few moments when we questioned what we were doing, but we never questioned why we were doing it.

This past year has given us incredible memories. Every pizza you’ve ordered, every event you’ve invited us to, every comment, share, and recommendation has helped keep this dream moving. Thank you to everyone who has booked us, stopped by, cheered us on, or shared our name with a friend. It means more than you know.

Hot off the press!

We've been working on some tasty summer sandwiches that will be featured on our rotating summer menu!

Here are a couple of Baggett's most recent seasonal sandwich specials ->

First is the Summer Strawberry Melt: whipped goat cheese, scratch made blackberry jam, fresh strawberries, our tangy fennel apple slaw and fresh arugula... all pressed together on toasted 21 grain bread.

Second is our BBQ Pork Baguette: a 12 hour, hardwood smoked swift farms pork shoulder served with shaved vidalia onion, grillos pickles and a hickory brown sugar BBQ sauce... all pressed together on our scratch made baguette.

It's been a while....... After being involuntarily sidelined for a few months, we're excited to be able to finally hook up the trailer, fire up the oven and bring our delicious scratch made food back to all of you!

We're so thankful for all of the support and love we've received along the way and believe me when I say..... we are ready to pour all of that back into our food.

Tomorrow, we're kicking things off at one of our favorite local breweries, Sundial in Barrington, so come on by for some delicious local craft beer, our scratch made craft pizza menu, fresh salad and street corn dip.
